Malcolm was extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping me collect all of the items I needed for an upcoming ski trip. He gave great advice on what I needed, the quality of items as well as skiing advice for myself who is a complete beginner. He completely went out his way to assist and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to him with any other questions I had. Very grateful, thanks Malcolm.

Super helpful person in the cycling department (sorry, didn't get her name) - delightful and knowledgeable. We took her advice about the rack panniers and it's turned out to be an excellent choice. Great store.

We were shopping for skiing things for our daughter and Malcolm was very helpful. He spent time explaining the benefits of different types of equipment to her. He even went and got her a check list to make sure she had everything. Great shopping experience ( Malcom Braehead)

We had a great experience at the Decathlon. The space was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. What really stood out were the excellent sanitary facilities—clean and convenient, which made the stop much more comfortable. The parking lot was also great place to test all the outdoor gear and have lovely breakfast

Decathlon is an incredible store i recently discovered, its got everything for just about every sport going. Some of the bicycle clothing in particular Rockrider stuff is soooo cool. Super friendly staff and very well lit. Highly recommended. :)

Didn't have high expectations of this big box retailer for ski boot fitting, but Malcolm (I think) exceeded them. It took a while for anyone to appear on the Sunday lunchtime I was there, but when he got round to me he was diligent, easy to talk to and reassuringly knowledgeable. Got to know my skill level and type of skiing before measuring my feet on the scanner, then made sure the boots fitted properly with some skis attached. I was also very pleased with the price I paid for the boots. I had planned on getting boots in one of the more boutique type ski stores, but went to Decathlon first as their range seems wider and I suppose not all brands fit the same so wanted to try as many as possible. Glad I did and will return for whatever I need next as their other items seemed decent too and I don't see the point in spending a fortune since I only ski opportunely when Scottish conditions allow.

Picked up my new Hybrid bike, all assembled including mud guards and side stand that I bought as extras and bike came with front and rear lights already fitted, ordered on click collect yesterday, picked up today within a couple of minutes, brilliant customer service, recommended.
