   Asked a female member of staff to get two pairs of trainers for me 5 minutes later a male member of staff appears whith my trainers only to find one of the boxes had one trainer he said he would go and find the other one ten minutes later he appeared whith another customers trainers i asked what happened to my other trainer he sorry i couldn't find it so I picked another pair 15 minutes later still waiting for my purchase no sign cancelled my order and left very disappointed i won't be using any of your store,s again

   I recently visited this store and had a frustrating experience. While at the checkout with a product I picked from inside, I was carrying an unrelated item from elsewhere under my arm. As I placed the store item on the counter to pay, the cashier questioned what I was holding under my arm. This felt like an accusation of dishonesty, which I found insulting. I immediately decided to leave and told them to keep everything they had scanned. If you’re carrying a bag, wearing a heavy coat, or holding something from another store, be prepared for similar treatment here. The products they sell are low-quality anyway, and with their attitude, they can keep them. I won’t be shopping here again—plenty of other stores deserve my money more.

   Unhelpful staff. Couldn't try a couple of pairs of shoes on as the single staff member was dealing with another customer for a long time and kept telling other customers to wait. Asked two staff members at the till point and was told to go back and wait on the staff member working on shoes although they were not busy. One was hanging clothes up. Ended up leaving as I couldn't get the shoes in my size to try on.. they don't want your money

   Clean store. Bright. Good parking. Lots of choice and a sale was on with really good selection. I had absolutely no idea whether I was looking at gent's or ladies wear and this put me off. Some rethinking of layout needed?

   Possibly the worst store anywhere in the UK. There is one reason, and one reason only as to why anyone would go anywhere near any Sports Direct and its because it has some cheap trainers. That is, if they have them in stock. The staff are so untrained, unhelpful and unknowledgable that they are actually another reason not to go. The shop would be less dreadful if the shop was self service and there was no requirement for any interaction with the staff. As for the other goods that they sell.... they are cheap, poor quality tat. The sort of stuff that puts people off taking part in sporting or outdoor activities. Dreadful store, and hopefully other online retailers are about to overtake them in their pricing and I'll never need to go near them again. PS My employer actually uses Sports Direct as a case study into poor customer service and as an example of how not to interact with customers.

   Very rude staff trying to explain that the sizing for a particular shoe was different for the same size shoe in another colour was met with rudeness and made to feel as if I could not see the sizing. Left without buying anything and went into another store. If you want to be spoken to as an idiot go to this store not worth 1 star.
