   Bought a Peloton Bike through Peloton Glasgow. Fantastic service from Alison in store. I wish I'd bought this years ago. Everyone from Peloton has been brilliant from sales to delivery to instructors and email communications. I thought long and hard before I decided to buy the Peloton and I'm so glad I did. It's a fantastic piece of kit. I love it.

   I had to stop in to talk about getting a bike in store rather than online, i had thought it was easier online but after speaking to a few of the team there, i quickly realised that they could offer me a lot more in store than online. Left with extra apparel and got a bike fit so that i can be confident in my use of the bike at home. Whole team was lovely and i would reccomend going to see them!

   Delightfully refreshing to go into a shop such as this and not be judged or given the “hard sell”. Craig was both very helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to go away and have a think before returning to purchase my bike. My bike was delivered with a week by two friendly and knowledgeable people, who answered any questions I had. As a beginner I was later, able to go back to the shop for a bike fit. This was performed by Craig in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. My fit details were later confirmed by email. I look forward to returning to buy some apparel when my figure improves! 5 ⭐️

   My wife and I booked ourselves in for a Bike Fit at the Glasgow store to assess our positions on the bike. It was an excellent idea as it’s helped both of us with our positions. There were slight tweaks on both our bike setups and it was great to have the video assessment and then review by Craig. It was great to get insight into where we needed improvements and we will use these hopefully to get better stats fro. Our improved positions. The whole process was really easy to do and the Glasgow staff - Rachel and then Craig - couldn’t have been more helpful. If you have a peloton then I would book one of these sessions just to make sure your setup is correct. I thought mine was and the slight tweak I made has improved my 60 min PB already ! Thanks again and definitely recommend this.

   Alison in the Glasgow store has been nothing but helpful. I had been looking at bikes online for a while. Went in to store to see in person, kind of hoping to put myself off as it is an extravagant purchase for me. All questions answered and no pushy sales at all. I went away to think about it and decided a couple of weeks later to go ahead. Exceptional after sales from Alison and from Peloton member services, delivery guys were great too. Decided to keep bike after 30 day trial.

   A super experience at the Peloton store. Rachel was so helpful, sharing lots of knowledge and tips and she made the ordering process so easy! Beyond thrilled too that a slot became available and my bike was delivered less than a week after ordering! Would 100% recommend popping in store rather than ordering online.
