Very well equipped and staffed store, with free parking. Was busy on my Saturday visit. All the stuff you could need, really. Unfortunately, it is very expensive. Everything seemed to be sold at or close to list price. A lot of money could be saved shopping online. The cafe was also expensive for what it was, though service was undeniably brisk.

Store is run by a gang of thugs who tried to sell me a second hand pair of boots of the shelf for £230 then tried to sell me and pair of returned boots for £250. I ended buy a top for £130 and when I asked the guy if he could fold it up for me and put it in the bag as I'm not great at folding he crumpled it up in to a ball and threw it in the bag. They made me feel very uncomfortable in the store and the security guy was following me around every where stepping out in front of me as if he was trying to create a situation so I definitely will not be back in this store in fact I think I might make a formal complaint in writing as its really upset me as I did nothing to deserve this treatment.

Bought a pair of ski boots today and Gordon could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable in guiding me to the best choice. Please pass on my appreciation. Thank you.

What an outdoor shop! I came here the other day super last minute for a pair of new hiking boots. Colin listened to what I wanted and helped me try out a bunch. Eventually I settled on a pair of Aku Trekker Lites. The comfort is amazing and couldn’t be happier. Colin also gave me a few recommendations for some hikes whilst I was in Scotland. Both the hidden valley in Glen Coe and Steall falls did not disappoint. Would recommend the shop, products and customer service from the staff 100%

Bit of a revelation visiting Tiso today. What an incredible store in a very random location. Two floors covering every conceivable outdoor activity in detail and all recognisable brands. Naturally it’s a premium shopping experience and reflected in the prices but you are paying for the environment and staff expertise. Minimal staff interaction but credit to the gentlemen in the cafe who were courteous, friendly and professional. The soup was also homemade and really tasty. Prices for things like sandwiches and snacks however are really high for any cafe let alone one inside a store tho. It’s a little off the beaten track but if you are outdoors inclined it’s a great place to shop or peruse.

Poor selection of insulated jackets for men. They need to put a few mirrors around the men's jackets area! Their sales would go up 20% immediately.

This is a great place to go anytime but especially on a wet Glasgow afternoon. For big and small boys and girls. Great fun

I had a new cassette, rear deralier, and shifters fitted to my 8 yr old Trek Madone 3.5. Neil was fantastic kept me up to date with progress and provided excellent advice and a series of options when things didn't quite go to plan. The bike feels like a new bike. Fantastic service would totally recommend.

Wanted to check the size of a new bike before making a purchase - £2.4K ready to drop - guy ignored me for about 20 minutes chatting to a friend at the till. Other staff didn’t seem to bothered. Ahh well their loss.
