Poor service, standing at the counter, person just looked at me, didn't even bother to help, waited for about 20 mins until I walked out
I want to give a massive shout-out to Stuart/Stewart at the Stirling Sports Direct. I've never had such a positive experience shopping there. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. His knowledge of the products was fantastic—he was able to answer all my questions and gave me some great advice. On top of that, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's rare to find such a courteous and genuinely helpful employee. Thanks, Stuart/Stewart, for making my trip to Sports Direct a great one!
I returned a Hugo Boss tee shirt , I bought it for a birthday present , the person I got it for didn't like the big letters on the front. I had to return it as it was no good , I was told I could only exchange it , and that I couldn't get a refund as I wasn't entitled to one. Anyone is entitled to a refund , as long as they have a receipt. I had to go and look for something else to exchange. I wasn't happy , it's a very bad way to treat your customers. Bad customer service . I can honestly say that I won't be back .
I just want to tell others about my recent experience. I was looking for trainers for my eight year old daughter who is possibly ADHD and can't sit still. We went to sports direct and the man who works there was just great with her! He checked the size of the shoes on her feet and had the patience of a saint with her jumping around all over the place. He was just really kind and chilled about it. I really appreciated it, as a mother it's not often you come across great staff who are child friendly. I think you do really well with the staff you select for in store shopping, because he was really great. Fantastic customer service, will definitely be back.
A busy shop but things are to close together not much room to walk about
My kids and I went last week and bought Adidas pajamas. But when washing it was changed color. It is no longer usable
Absolutely rubbish store and business as a whole, avoid at all cost as no refunds as original payment method if anything is wrong with your purchase. Utterly disgusting and no customer service for any issues. Avoid and save your money
Joke of a manager in the store, bigger guy with a bald head, my wife bought me a pair of boots at 5pm, tries them on that night walked to my gate and back to try them on. They didn't fit, went back the next day with them at 11am said they didn't fit. They were immaculate condition but because they had a speck of dirt he wouldn't let me return them, terrible attitude horrible man, shouldn't be in customer service.
