   Great service at Kilmarnock store by young man staff member Findlay . Helped me get everything I needed . Bottoms, top, trainers and jacket . He was a cool friendly lad . had all the time to please a customer didn’t rush helped me with choosing what was best for me . I left with few hundred pounds of stuff. Without him I would have not got half of what I wanted . 5 ⭐️ to You Findlay . I be back to use your service again .Appreciated ty

   Was in store today where I was served straight away but was left waiting for my shoe for more than 15 minutes by a boy with a beard. Not impressed!!! The young ginger boy behind the till was able to order the right shoes for me and was extremely helpful. Not impressed for the size of the company, expected better.

   Discusted with the attitude of this whole store especially the manager. No help offered for an elderly couple and sarcastic comments whenever asked a question. Rude and clearly dont know what customer service is.
