“Bought a significant amount of items from 121 over the last month and all were delivered when estimated. There was a glitch on a bundle price and the team swiftly updated it. Communication was great and there were no surprises. Also worth noting the the delivery logistics being somewhat more complex than normal were great and that logistics firm/ delivery firm were also excellent. Brilliant service throughout.”

“After really poor service at the falkirk store I decided to go to the cumbernauld store. The difference was huge. First time a young woman helped me mix paint samples and was so friendly and helpful. Then again today I went back to get paint mixed and the man who helped was friendly and helpful. Lovely helpful staff and a good sized store. Will definitely travel here before using the falkirk store again.”

“So far excellent. Our initial consultant did a marvellous job in his explanation of how DM Design works and how reliable this company is. Sold by this, we progressed a step further and signed up for a new kitchen. We had other companies in the loop but DM Design ticked all the boxes, therefore we went along with using the company. We had a further visit from Graham MacBroom (designer) who gave us a virtual reality image of our new kitchen. We are delighted with this company's service, so far. We have spent the last 2 days decluttering the kitchen and expect the kitchen team to arrive tomorrow. We will report on our experience when the job is completed. You can’t find this quality & style in online shops. Neil and the Install Scotland team are incredibly hardworking & technically skilled. They are all very friendly as well! Felt we were in safe hands. Any snags dealt with quickly. Everything done properly no cut corners. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and they followed my drawings to the millimetre. They gave lots of helpful suggestions drawing on their knowledge. We are very happy customers. They’ve been a big part of transforming our house which has needed fully renovated since we moved in 2 years ago. We will be in touch again for the next project! Thanks again to you all.”

“I love my new doors. I had two old overpainted doors that covered the pantry and boiler cupboards, they looked awful when my kitchen was remodelled. I had those doors removed by the kitchen fitters and MDC finished the job, the new doors match my units and the job was done in a few hours. Would highly recommend. Thank you MDC.”

“Our boiler needed a repair. I called Ian this morning and he was out to us in just a couple of hours. He assessed the boiler issue, ordered parts and returned very quickly.
