“I didn't receive a notification that my order was ready for collection however called the number and was told as it was my first online order I had to set my privacy preferences to receive texts. The person also told me my order was ready for collection. Went to collect and staff at Cumbernauld Toolstation were friendly, polite and very helpful. They even carried my order out to my car for me.”

First time a young woman helped me mix paint samples and was so friendly and helpful. Then again today I went back to get paint mixed and the man who helped was friendly and helpful. Lovely helpful staff and a good sized store. Will definitely travel here before using the falkirk store again.”
