   My husband went to poundland today to pick some things up and to have a look for some of the Halloween items that I've been dying to get including the glow in the dark tumbler with straw. My husband wasn't able to find one so asked a lovely lady named Rainier (unsure of the spelling sorry!) This lovely lady searched high and low for one and couldn't find any. She was so lovely she actually allowed him to buy the one she had put aside for herself. Couldn't be happier with the service. My husband was raving about it when he came home! Really great service!!! I hope she sees this. Just know that I really appreciate it and it's made me super happy.

   Hidden gem in the middle of Glasgow Fort. Workers are pleasant and very helpful. If your heading off to the cinema nip in for a cup of pick and mix £1/£2.50. Some good deals not everything £1 so don't be fooled by the store name.

   Decent size with tidy shelves and always well stocked. Everything I wanted was in stock. Wool selection is excellent and fantastic price. Pleasant staff. Option at till to donate to food banks which is an excellent idea. Cant fault.

   At the Fort parking is central. By that I mean that the shops form the rim of a wheel and the area where the spokes would be, that’s where the parking is. The hidden benefit is that delivery trucks are at the back of the shops separated from pedestrians. Disabled parking is plentiful and the access here is good. The Poundland concept is great a massive number of stock lines, all retail at 1GBP or as a multiple. The loss of one star is related to end of aisle bins or displays. These can create a narrow access to an aisle for those in a chair.

   Lots of good stuff, but only getting 4* since there were many items over a pound. I could let them off if it were just the name, but there's a big sign outside saying "Everything's £1".
