Had a good experience here today, popped in on spec,not my regular chemist ,staff & pharmacist, were really helpful, gave me a prescription for a throat spray, saved me the hassle of phoning my GP practice . Would definitely use them again.
Truly dreadful pharmacy. Prescription is NEVER complete or, on many occasions, not ready at all, despite them having had the prescription for 7 days or more. On one occasion I collected, what was meant to be, my prescription, only to get home and find the package contained someone else medication, along with the person full name, address etc. I had to go back to the pharmacy to return it and get my actual prescription, the staff member honestly couldn’t have cared less for the inconvenience and what I should imagine is a GDPR issue. Total lack of customer care and service. Avoid if you can and go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers and provides a basic level of customer service. There should be an option to select 0 star rating as Lloyds at Seres Road is not deserving of a 1.

Repeat perscriptions are either not made up on time or are incomplete beause of missing products. Surely as they set the date for collection and order the items it there should be a simple system in place. Is it just incompetent management?
Not a nice experience was told to go to another pharmacy if I wanted my prescrition. Simply a very rude person serving .
