   Can’t say anything bad about the place. Have always used frequently over the years when needed. Always been given good prices for selling and buying. Decent prices for gold and buyback service is pretty good. Not sure why a lot of people say they rip you off …. Some folk forget they take the risk and still need to run a business English Joe is some guy , always a pleasure to deal with .

   What can I say, The customer service is amazing and the staff are really nice, Bought a pair of Creative Gigaworks pc speakers for only £40 and they look brand new while being over 15 years old! Really happy would recommend this spot :)

   Very helpful and especially when you're trying to get by with today's issues, I'm happy to use the buyback when money is tight ,and I bought a few things this year's brand new and was unable to get a refund from Argos ,so I took my items into the store and sold them for a fair price ,so someone will be buying an unused brand new laptop and wrfi dongle ,and a brand new mobile phone, so mind when you're buying ,there's a really good chance the stuff is newer than you think , in the same light I've sold my spare guitar amplifier which was a great item , I'm reluctant to sell my electric guitar and amp but I know I have a good offer from the staff, and in the new year I'm going to be looking for a good hifi as I got my old records and cassettes that where I'm my uncles loft . 25yrs they've been in storage and thought to have been thrown out, and to be honest I preferred records and cassettes to listen to , till I see a hifi that I can use for the once thought lost stuff I will enjoy my old cassettes by using my Sony Walkman but I would like to double up on my cassette tapes so the originals stay in good condition ,as the music on the tapes is unreplaceable , so a hifi with a record deck and twin tape decks, to copy the originals and not get them ruined , I never enjoyed cd's or streaming music on the internet, I still use my PS2 ,and the collection of games I have bought from the store, is a really good collection and those games I had and played out I got a good price for , also the store is great for those secondhand DIY tools that come in really handy , in all a great store, good helpful staff and my buyback stuff is always in Good condition , as the day I put it in , a well earned 5 stars ,

   I have been in a few times and now I feel I can give a fair review. The reason for my harsh review is for various reasons. The main reason is that I went to purchase a PSVita for what was a fairly good deal and they doubled the price as I went to pay for it. I was astounded by there lack of professionalism, if you priced it wrong that is your responsibility not mine. Another reason is that some of the staff that I have dealt with are rude and dismissive when asked questions. Although it has to be said that there are 2 chaps who are pleasant to deal with and don't warrant the critism I have to give. Lastly the pricing is poor at best. Certain things such as the Nintendo Wii and DS consoles are very overpriced in comparison to current market value. It means that for the most part I am unwilling to purchase here because I know I can find if MUCH cheaper online. I hope this place improves because truthfully I like how local it is to me however I need to see improvements for my review to change. I will continue to come in and if I see improvements, my review will change.
