   Hate going in this place and only go in if i absolutely have to. Its over priced and the staff have terrible customer service skills, they lack even the basics. Poor. Avoid.

   Don’t know why they offer Snappyshopper. Delivery is always very much later than app will advise, has been over two hours late before. Often have to cancel. Usual excuse is “no drivers”.

   Like all other Scotmid / Co-op shops - overpriced. I only venture in as a last resort. Expect to pay an extra 30 - 40% more on most things compared to any of the usual supermarkets - probably more if you compare to Aldi or Lidl. Can't really believe they are still trading tbh.

   Scotmid Co-Op offers a smaller stock compared to other supermarkets of similar size & with high prices too! There are some good offers but you really need to look for them! There were very few staff around when needing help at the till....A very quiet store to shop in. Not overly impressed!

   Not the most hygienic store as bakery goods are left unwrapped and numerous customers walk in do not hand sanitise and then rummage through loose bread rolls for example, these rolls used to be bagged and therefore, more hygienically sold

   Was in today stood at till for 10 minutes no service 2 full baskets .. was forced to use self service.. then as I am using self service they open up multiple tills for people with single items .. they need to get their act together .. Next time I'm leaving baskets where they are and leaving... their customer service severally lacks
