Convenience store in Uddingston

“As soon as we arrived in store we were greated with a smile. We were offered to try 4 different mattresses that suited or needs. We found the tempur mattress was the one for us. The assistant Sheryl from the Uddingston store explained all the advantages of this mattress whilst drinking our coffee. The pillows she gave us were brilliant to try on each mattress. She informed us after we chose the tempur mattress that the pillows came free which was great as they are £149 each, but they are the most comfiest pillow I have ever used. Cannot wait for my mattress to arrive and we have upto 100 days to try it to see if we like it and if not we could return it and choose another mattress. Overall a great experience in the store.”

I only really go in to drop off parcels but honestly the staff are always dead chatty and cheery - even making sure I’ve got the right customs invoices so my parcels don’t get returned to me. “This review is two years late! My mother and I brought my seriously ill father into the store. He was in a wheelchair and portable oxygen. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They gave us time, supported us to and from the lifts (even going upstairs to meet us at the other side) and made the experience stress-free. My father was able to pick a sofa to make his last months more comfortable and we will be forever grateful to the lovely women at SCS in Uddingston for their support, time and kindness. The sofa is still going strong! Thank you so very much!”

Was served by Ainsley in the Birkenshaw store when I went to choose a replacement. I can't praise her enough for her help, knowledge and understanding.
