Excellent service from Dionna at your Uddingston store. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There was no pressure sales from her and she explained everything asked of her. A great staff member.
Brilliant service at the Dreams Flagship Store in Uddingston. Dion was fantastic over the phone friendly, clear, and very helpful. In store, the lovely lady with 15 years experience was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming. The store was clean, well presented, and had a great choice of beds, mattresses etc we were made to feel very welcome and even offered drinks while browsing. Huge credit to both staff members outstanding customer service highly recommended!
From start to finish the service at Dreams in Uddingston was first class from being welcomed to the store to being offered coffee. Our advisor Alex was excellent and provided a full bed fitting service on the Sleep Match Machine and provided a pillow for comfort. He also arranged for the beds to be delivered the following Thursday and full explained the delivery process. Alex and the team at Uddingston were brilliant and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a bed. Service like this is rare these days Thanks to all of you
Great selection and friendly staff, Katrina did everything she could for us and couldn't have been nicer! We wanted to shop around so we left, went to a couple of other places and came straight back. They even had a bed that adjusted and analysed you to find the perfect mattress. What a time to be alive.
As soon as we arrived in store we were greated with a smile. We were offered to try 4 different mattresses that suited or needs. We found the tempur mattress was the one for us. The assistant Sheryl from the Uddingston store explained all the advantages of this mattress whilst drinking our coffee. The pillows she gave us were brilliant to try on each mattress. She informed us after we chose the tempur mattress that the pillows came free which was great as they are £149 each, but they are the most comfiest pillow I have ever used. Cannot wait for my mattress to arrive and we have upto 100 days to try it to see if we like it and if not we could return it and choose another mattress. Overall a great experience in the store.

Found the staff very friendly and helpful ,gave you guidance and information about the different beds , but didn't feel obligated to buy anything,we made up our own mind, after going to other shops, but returned to make our purchase of bed and frame, thank you Katrina
stitching all came out of £2000 matress after 6 months - still waiting to get a refund or a replacement - very unhelpful , took my money and now wont help , keep getting same answer - someone will get back to you , showroom keep just giving me another number to call - im going round in circles and still no further forward, avoid will all costs , i have already sent in an email to you so you have my details if you would bother to look.
