Delivery men were fab- no issues getting items into flat, full assembly and took away packaging. “This review is two years late! My mother and I brought my seriously ill father into the store. He was in a wheelchair and portable oxygen. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They gave us time, supported us to and from the lifts (even going upstairs to meet us at the other side) and made the experience stress-free. My father was able to pick a sofa to make his last months more comfortable and we will be forever grateful to the lovely women at SCS in Uddingston for their support, time and kindness. The sofa is still going strong! Thank you so very much!”

“After days of visiting numerous sofa shops I stumbled across Instyle sofas in Uddingston. The customer service was great, and the advisor helping us was not too pushy or overly salesy (something which was really off putting in other stores). I was advised it was a family run business which makes all of the furniture in a nearby factory. I was able to customise the sofa I wanted, choose my fabric, altered the armrests as well as the feet. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some pointers on what to look out for. The sofa took roughly 5 weeks to arrive and I was communicated with the entire time. I wasn’t entirely sure how my sofa would turn out as I had altered certain aspects but thrilled to say I love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for, has been made to a high standard and looks fantastic in my living area, not to forget how comfy it is. The delivery was seamless as well. Very happy with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.”

“As soon as we arrived in store we were greated with a smile. We were offered to try 4 different mattresses that suited or needs. We found the tempur mattress was the one for us. The assistant Sheryl from the Uddingston store explained all the advantages of this mattress whilst drinking our coffee. The pillows she gave us were brilliant to try on each mattress. She informed us after we chose the tempur mattress that the pillows came free which was great as they are £149 each, but they are the most comfiest pillow I have ever used. Cannot wait for my mattress to arrive and we have upto 100 days to try it to see if we like it and if not we could return it and choose another mattress. Overall a great experience in the store.”
