   Tony was warm and friendly the second we entered the store, unlike most sofa shops, Tony was not on our heels and we freely looked around, we narrowed it down to 5 sofas and finally settled with Tony's help.    Be very careful when ordering a sofa from these guys and read the fine print. I paid deposit in November, sales experience was pretty good to be fair. A month before delivery they started to phone up threatening if not paid in full, amount would be sent to debt recovery. I don't have my sofas yet, and I have already been told 3 different delivery dates. It's just crazy and I have zero trust in what these guys say.

   After days of visiting numerous sofa shops I stumbled across Instyle sofas in Uddingston. The customer service was great, and the advisor helping us was not too pushy or overly salesy (something which was really off putting in other stores). I was advised it was a family run business which makes all of the furniture in a nearby factory. I was able to customise the sofa I wanted, choose my fabric, altered the armrests as well as the feet. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me some pointers on what to look out for. The sofa took roughly 5 weeks to arrive and I was communicated with the entire time. I wasn’t entirely sure how my sofa would turn out as I had altered certain aspects but thrilled to say I love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for, has been made to a high standard and looks fantastic in my living area, not to forget how comfy it is. The delivery was seamless as well. Very happy with the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

   Delighted with our sofa purchase. The service in the store was great too. We had bought the Bronx sofa from Next before Xmas and when it arrived the quality was shocking. The sofa we bought from InStyle is a very similar design to their Bronx, but it is night and day better quality (and wasn’t much more expensive). The velvet is thicker, seats are firmer and just overall feels much sturdier. The sofa and footstool we ordered to custom specification on length (which InStyle didn’t charge extra for) so the sofa also fits better in our space. It was also delivered within 6 weeks which was a lot faster than we expected. Highly recommend the sofa and can’t fault any aspect of the service either. Will definitely be recommending the store to others.

   Excellent customer service, Tony was really helpful. Great quality sofa at a really good price. Great delivery time within 4 weeks and that was made to measure. Even better that’s it’s a family business and you feel valued rather than just an other sale like some other big sofa companies.

   Purchased a made to measure suite in here 2 years ago & felt like a change as moved house. Went back in and was greeted by Toni who remembered me from before. Needless to say I had the same fantastic sales experience as before. I can honestly say that dealing with Instyle is an absolute pleasure and Tony is awesome.

   Do yourself a favor and give this place a wide berth. I have had the worst experience ever with this company. After saving for a long time I purchased two Pablo Sofas from their Continental collection £3000.00 plus and they were knackered after a few weeks. Leather stretch, cushions sagging, collapsing and so uncomfortable we can no longer use them. Long story short after complaining they send an independent company out to inspect them who report back advising they are fine. Not a surprise seen as Instyle pay the independent company for the report!!!!!!!!! What they are selling is not fit for purpose and after they have your money have a clever system in place with their independent inspection company to make sure your complaint goes nowhere. FYI I am a busy hard working professional and have better things to do than write reviews like this that are not factually correct. As I say do yourself a favor and massive disappointment and avoid this company at all costs…………..:

   AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Purchased a sofa and waited almost 4 months on it being delivered. Upon it being delivered the sofa had many flaws to the material (you will see from attached pictures). After many frustrating disputes with the instore manager Gillian. We are still no further forward. I am now left paying for a sofa that is not fit for purpose and which is a complete embarrassment. InStyle sent out a so called "expert" to complete a report on the sofa. The "expert" directly told me the sofa was a complete mess but in his report to InStyle he reported it was fit for purpose. This company is clearly run with COWBOYS! When I questioned the "expert" on his report he advised me he would be risking his job if he told the truth!! Please be careful if you are considering buying from this shop. The manager is useless and not interested in helping customers. I am now currently taken legal action against the customers consumers right act. RESPONSE TO OWNERS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!! You advised us that you were ordering a new sofa to replace the damaged one, but in fact you got the sofa recovered without informing us and proceeded to lie when you were questioned on the matter. I have read plenty of your reviews and all your customers have complained about your so called “expert” who works on behalf of you. He has told previously customers face to face their sofa’s are a riot but in the report stated completely different. Just like our case. You can clearly see from the pictures yourself that this sofa is not fit for purpose. It’s a mess and an complete embarrassment for your so called family business. As already discussed with you I will be taken further action by writing to newspapers,financial ombudsman, watchdog and more, so customers are aware of your products and services.
