   First time visiting after it got refurbished and it was very nice, and better layout around the store . Visited the cafe and got a coffee and toastie it was presented nicely and tasted delicious

   In the middle of refurbishment but will be good when finished. Visited their new bigger cafe but service not any better. It's still very slow. One man was serving and doing his best, a girl was slowly taking dirty dishes off a trolley and taking them behind the scenes and a woman, who I believe was the Manager, was just hanging about doing not very much. This was in the afternoon so would be much worse at lunchtime.

   Very good selection, although some of the aisles seem quite narrow, which may be troublesome for some to navigate. As a busy store, the wait to be served can be long. Car park requires a bit of attention due to several potholes noted.

   Great store. Wonderful cafe inside. Done a wee walk around. Took a break in the cafe with a light lunch. Great staff. Great price for value. ♿️Wheelchairs for use and Lift to cafe and second floor of shopping and Disabled parking Not large car park.

   Aisles blocked with trolleys full of reduced items. Total chaos in most areas. Looks more like a jumble sale. Totally unsuitable for wheelchair and disabled shopping. No clear access to fire exit doors in the cafe area. I'm sure there must be huge health and safety measure totally overlooked. Needs to be investigated and resolved immediately. Very disappointing visit. Won't be recommending to a visit.

   Staff friendly… but the store is the definition of insanity. Isles too tight to move, stuff stacked up everywhere, curtains organised by a 5 year old, jackknived a trolley amongst huge queues. Absolute nightmare. I dread to think what would happen if there was a fire and the elderly clientele had to be evacuated, it would be absolute carnage. I believe there must be some breach in H&S regulations going on in this store with how rammed it is with stock. An unpleasant holiday shopping experience.

   I thought this store was going to be easier to navigate than it was. While trying to find 1 item, I had to go all round the main floor until I finally found someone to ask for the item. I was then sent to somewhere I had been with the comment "If we have any left, they will be around there." I didn't find what I was looking for and as the store was so busy I left. Granted, it was in November when people are Christmas shopping so the store was busy. But it just seems like all the aisles are to close together to be able to find space to look. Everything you go toward a shelf people are trying to get past and it is very tight.
