   We needed a dining table badly and frankly were out of time. After coming up with a genius back up plan, we met Bradley at Uddingston who was pretty much the perfect salesman - not at all pushy, gave us time in a judgely huddle, didn’t promise what he couldn’t deliver and told us about his cats. We got the table we wanted with minimum fuss. Thanks Bradley for saving our backsides!

Even had another option available when we came in to purchase. Prices cannot be beaten across Glasgow/ Uddingston. Also delivery time, much shorter than other places!    Paul at Uddingston store was fab, not pushy, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dining room table, bench and 4 chairs all arrived yesterday, no issues at all product as described. Delivery men were fab- no issues getting items into flat, full assembly and took away packaging. Ordered in store 03/05/2025, arrived 14/05/2025, wee bit of a wait but we were told this at time of ordering.

   Bought 2 2 seater sofas from here in may 2021 and got delivered June and 6 weeks later had to make a complaint about the sofas as the seat was dipping to the side. 5 technicians later and nearly 2 years later I'm still waiting for them to fix it. SO AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as "Gary" the manager wasn't interested saying it wasn't his problem it's head office. Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole

   Avoid at all costs bought a suite and it came all marked emailed customer services was Told someone would be in contact with in 3 working days 3 weeks later after I'd chased was told that they had forwarded my email onto the correct appartment so 3 weeks it took them to forwards an email !!! Had to chase again so another email send i was told my problem was esculted some one would be in touch within 24hrs again 11 days later still no contact. So going on 2 months after buying the suite no ones been in contact and nothings been resolved would never recommend this company to anyone and if I could give minus stars I would company's an absolute joke !

   Bought a sovereign corner sofa from Sean at the Uddingston store and he was the best to speak to, helped us out loads, and gave us loads of time and space. Couldn't thank him enough! Highly recommend when looking for a sofa!

   This is NCF’s idea of quality… £1400 dining set Also I had to buy my own screw fittings as they weren’t provided (NCF’s delivery driver called office and told my partner that we had to buy our own from local hardware store and that NCF would reimburse costs) shock horror they are now saying “ we never said that” shambles of a company with terrible customer service I also paid for building of the set and due to the parts being missing it couldn’t be built yet they won’t refund me that cost Still currently fighting my case on overall condition as well If I don’t get a partial refund I’m Wanting the items replaced
