   Was given a date for today for delivery and this morning at 0630 to tell us delivery would be between 1350 and 1430. I wont even go into the extreme hassle this has caused. Received another e mail at 1801 to say wrong day/ date change!! Noone available to take a call Nothing to sit on Absolutely terrible service. Left in limbo. Shocking!!!!

   We bought a suite from scs, in October, to date we have had 4 delivery dates and 4 cancellations. We were offered delivery by private courier, SCS would take the delivery fee from the account and we would pay the courier ourselves. At 5pm on the 12th of December, we still had no suite, called the store to be told the delivery was cancelled. Called the store the next morning and spoke to the manager who said he didn't know why we had delivery dates when the goods were not in the warehouse, total scam of a company, avoid at all costs,

   I would avoid SCS at all costs. Very poor customer service. We were told that once they receive our order we would have delivery arranged in 3 days!! Well its now been 4 weeks they have £2500 of our money & they dont even know where our couch is! I have phoned the store several times (uddingston) and the manager says he will call me back but I am still waiting! I plan on cancelling my order on monday & i am currently sorting out my official complaint to SCS and the CEO. The aftercare is shocking. We are so disappointed! I would avoid SCC or this store specifically!

   This review is two years late! My mother and I brought my seriously ill father into the store. He was in a wheelchair and portable oxygen. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They gave us time, supported us to and from the lifts (even going upstairs to meet us at the other side) and made the experience stress-free. My father was able to pick a sofa to make his last months more comfortable and we will be forever grateful to the lovely women at SCS in Uddingston for their support, time and kindness. The sofa is still going strong! Thank you so very much!

   Do not touch this company. There after care and customer service is non existant. God forbid you have anything wrong with your furniture, they will not listen. They send out a so called specialist to take pictures of your furniture only to tell you there is nothing wrong. DO NOT TOUCH THEM

   Waiting 6 and a half months on my new sofa lied to regarding delivery and cond into paying my balance, only to be told that it will be delayed until 17/06/22 at their warehouse that’s not delivered to us yet we purchased the sofa on the 02/01/22. I would recommend going elsewhere for a sofa.never will I use SCS again.

   Great service and very helpful staff. They don't pester you on arrival which is fab (edited due to very disappointed customer). However proposed date for delivery has been delayed 5 times. I am now being told delivery 13th June!!!. Very disappointing and really angry as original date given was 22nd April. I understand this was now estimated but I ordered this January 10th!!!. Tried to contact customer service and requested call back from Birkenshaw Uddingston branch. Still waiting!!!
