   I was having a shop around and went to look at the brand elf I wanted to buy the primer and decided to try the tester. After about 5 seconds a worker came up to me and screamed at me to get out the store as I was apparently “opening everything” I exited the store as I didn’t want to start a scene and was absolutely mortified of this attitude! I will say I will never shop at this store again!

   Went in today to specific buy a foundation product, no testers available in the shades I was looking for. When I asked for help, I was told theres nothing they can do to help me as they don’t have testers and won’t open any. Unfortunately I walked away with no help.

   Spent more time looking for the items we wanted to purchase. No member of staff to ask. Queued at checkout as only one serving and she had to go and get razors. Typical retail they think less staff more profit. Wrong we cldnt fund three products we were looking For, so you lost out.
