   This shop is absolutely disgraceful, with rude and disrespectful staff. I purchased a yogurt and some other items, but as I was walking towards the door, I realized within seconds that the yogurt I had picked up was flavored. I immediately asked to exchange it for plain yogurt, but the staff rudely refused, saying, “It’s non-refundable; you need to check before you buy.” Although they eventually allowed the exchange, the attitude and lack of respect were unacceptable. I had requested the replacement just moments after making the purchase, which should not have been an issue. I will never shop here again.

   This review is not for the shop itself but rather the post office lady with the donkey teeth who thought she’s got the authority to walk out her hole and give me a hard time trying to instigate a fight/verbal argument. She is clearly unqualified and cannot train the new staff as it took her 25 minutes to show them how to post a letter through a post box slot. And on top of that she’s sitting there for the whole 20 minutes I was there, giggling and cracking dead end jokes with her colleague as if she’s sitting with her feet up at home. Honestly she’s a disgrace to that place as I’ve been long time customers and haven’t dealt with an idiot like her since I’ve started shopping there and using their post office. Never returning here thanks to that Karen of a lady.

   The good bit : went in to pick up a Pizza and beer special deal.The delivery of the beer hadn’t arrived, but they offered me a dearer alternative for the same price. That’s good customer service :-) The bad bit : I was the only person wearing a mask. The staff are behind screens, so are perhaps exempt, but they should be showing an example to customers.
