   Over and above 5 star service!! The staff was very welcoming and friendly- Gigha (the manager?) very approachable and knowledgeable, really showed genuine passion in the products she helped assist me with! Should say as well the vitamins have been making a positive difference! Thank you again for exceptional customer service ☺️

   My wife loves plain chocolate ginger pieces so any trip to H&B includes a pack of these as a treat. Picture shows the empty pack as they were scoffed in no time. The main reason for my visit was to buy a range of items to make up a 'breakfast topper' for my morning porridge. I mix pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, golden raisins, flame raisins, flaked coconut and pineapple and papaya pieces. 2 spoons of this really liven up my porridge.

   I would give this 0 stars if I could! Went to click and collect a fairly niche item that on H and B stock. Website said they had 8 in stock so I ordered click and collect. Walked to the shop on my lunch break to collect and was provided with the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. The staff member said my order wasn't there, even though the email stated the store team would pack my order. She then refused to let me buy any further of these items direct from the shop. She was reluctant to look in the back for the products which were listed in stock on the website but not on display. She then found them. Stated it wasn't her problem as she didn't normally work in that store and she wouldn't process the order. She then agreed to look up the order number and upon typing it into her handheld device, a text popped through to my phone saying it was now ready. She then proceeded to push ne to the side and serve three other customers who had entered the store after me because clearly mine was taking too long. She then went to get the manager who until that point had been non existent on the shop floor. Neither were able to process the click and collect. Particularly poor attitude from the first staff member who clearly couldn't care, with not my job mentality.

   I use Paisley store several times a month. Lynn the lovely assistant is always happy to help and answer any questions. Ive recently purchased Cannary Cbd oil for day and night and its great for my anxiety and pain. Will be buying these items again

   The lady that attended me was super nice, she helped me a lot finding what I was looking for and she chose the perfect thing for me. They really care about the costumers and are very helpful. I did not use to go to Holland and Barrett honestly because I used to find it expensive but now everything I buy it is so worth it.

   Usual quite a gresr store but went the other day and was met by a rude staff member along with other customers waiting outside. Store was meant to open on the hour but a sign was put up to state they would be closed for a few minutes. 40 minutes passed and other customers began to get frustrated when the member off staff just choose to ignore us. We persisted to get said staff members attention with them just pointing at the sign. Eventually one customer managee to request how long till the store opens with the staff member replying with they don't know maybe a few minutes to eventually stating it could be half an hour. Instantly the queue of 8+ people dispest, stating how much of a joke this was. We get that covid is serious and only two members of the public are allowed in at a time but surely the staff member could have intamitantly still stocked selves around the public or done there stock take prior to the store opening.
