They won't take faulty good back without a receipt or even an exchange i had a faulty bottle of perfume Xmas gift opened it was empty all over the box and did nothing without a receipt what kinda company is this i feel ripped off
I was in here on thursday and asked two staff members to recommend hairspray and mascara. The two young ladies were absolutely spot on with their recommendations, and lovely natured. All the staff seem very helpful and knowledgeable about products too. Prices were very competitive too, and it's a very clean, well stocked, and well laid out store.
Rude staff =woman with badly bleached hair,bad skin huffing do not open product despite product was not sealed,should not work with public obviously 0 customer service and care

Booked flu jab, had email confirmation, arranged to get away from work, turned up 10mins early to be told nurse is on holiday and that they hadn’t received any flu jab equipment yet ?? Why let me book, waste of time
