   Fairly large superdrug with most of the things you could expect out of a health/beauty store. Staff seemed friendly, building was clean with no visible issues. Option to use self-service checkout is a bonus.

   The staff at the perfume side were soo cheeky and rude were rolling there eyes there were two girls there don't exactly know there names but they made me feel so uncomfortable while checking the fragrances and behaved like they wanted me to leave but I didn't react to that as I was in a hurry to buy a gift for someone but when they packed it they gave me a dusty bag for it when I asked to change it she reacted violently and threw that towards me and I felt very disappointed and disrespected so plz DON'T GO THERE

   They don't even deserve the one star i'm giving them. 1. the shop is never stocked and its impossible to shop because the workers just start restocking while you’re looking at products and get in your way, keep in mind this is a store thats almost always busy. 2. workers are very rude and make you feel like an inconvenience, if you ask them where anything is or if they have an item in stock they either ignore you or just tell you to check. 3. the workers do ANYTHING but their job - for example i was at the shop today and the cashier was on call with someone and kept ignoring me when i told her i had a health and beauty card! she also ignored me when i greeted her as i walked up to the counter and when i asked for a bag she just looked in the direction of the bags in the self checkout area and and turned around (gave me her back) to continue talking on the phone. 4. This is the closest superdrug to my house so i have been there a lot but there were a couple times where the security and workers would chase me around the whole place while im shopping and obnoxiously talk to eachother about “keeping an eye” on me. they do this to almost every customer that walks in, and i’ve noticed it’s even worse if that customer is a person of color, i’ve overheard the workers and security say many inappropriate and unacceptable things. 5. this happened today as well- i spent over £250 on products and the security guard kept following me up until i left the door.

   Products are nice, so many varieties and brands but the store needs to take care of customer service, it was a rainy day, I carried my small luggage because I moved my things to university accommodation, as u all know about Glasgow rain, my hair was quite wet because of the rain, I was looking for some skincare products and thinking what to buy because I still have some of my cosmetics, the security man looked at me like I’m gonna steal things without paying. I understand that it’s his job to be aware of thieves but I’m not the person who’s gonna steal things. Not every Asian is the same and some Chinese or Singaporeans r really rich. I am not sure is it because some ppl steal things at Superdrug? I’m having second thoughts about visiting the store again and shop at Boots because I can’t stand someone looking at me like I’m a thief.

   Just like the old Ghostbusters adage "who you gonna call" - only it's "where you gonna go" - this is the best place to go if you can't go d what you want in Savers ... true they tend to be overpriced, true also that the staff while helpful are generally disinterested, so its a sort of Boots without a pharmacy place. Flu, cold or sniffles, hair, health,smellies and beauty products ... try Superdrug.
