   From the moment I walked into the shop you're made to feel welcome and right through to my mother's flowers being delivered was first class and The Flower Box in Hamilton could teach the vast majority of the retail industry a thing or two when it comes to customer service and price point. As I feel retail standards in the United Kingdom are well below the standards they should be at. Not with the Flower Box. Everything is first class and I sincerely hope they continue to grow bigger and stronger.

   Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at her work for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I called the shop, service was outstanding, good chat with the owner, her explanation of what would work & how the flowers would look was amazing. Delivery was as promised and my wife was just blown away by her Box of Flowers, with many people commenting on them. Will def use again and would urge anyone looking for flowers, please do use this outstanding florist.

   Simply stunning bouquet from the flower box team. Exceptional service and stunning floristry. My sister in law is stunned by how beautiful the flowers are. Amazing display of pastel colour hydrangeas and night scented stocks. Highly recommend this florist

   I am over the moon with the service I received today. The girls were fantastic. I had asked for a box of flowers for same day, and amazingly they managed to do this for me on a very busy day for them. The flowers are gorgeous. Finished off with the beautiful touch of a wee robin, which meant so much to me for personal reasons. I would highly recommend The Flower Box. I have ordered many bouquets of flowers in my life but these are by far the best. So modern in a lovely silver box. Thank you for your fabulous service and empathy. Great customer service.

   Ordered flowers by phone in advance so didn’t know what would they would be like. I needn’t have worried. Beautiful flowers were delivered, along with chocolates (an unexpected bonus). My friend loved them and says they are still as nice almost a week on. Thank you so much. I know where I’ll be getting all my flowers from in the future and will be recommending Flower Box to everyone I know.
