Very disappointed. I arranged flowers for my supervisor who was going through a grievance and budgeted £40. The flowers I received however, were not what I would deem as £40 quality. The flowers looked tired, there was only two roses with the rest all filler. Furthermore, I was offered to have these replaced, however I was not willing to wait another whole afternoon for the flowers to be delivered again. Unfortunately I do not recommend this florist, I just feel these were not any better than that of a large retail grocery store.

Wanted to get my friend something nice to say thank you for hosting us during the new year. ordered online and paid £35 so i was expecting a good service. I ordered this last friday for same day delivery(i knew my friend was in all weekend). My friend just picked up her flowers today a whole week later. Ridiculous carry on. The shop claimed they tried to deliver 4 times but this was clearly a lie as my friend was in all weekend. she was rude on the phone when i phoned to check the order even though it was their mistake. And was then rude to my friend when she had to collect her own flowers. And had to make them there and then even though they had given her a time to pick them up causing her even more of an inconvenience. I can honestly say this is one of the worst florist experiences of my life and would strongly recommend people to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for the mum of my friend who had just passed away, which was supposed to be a beautiful white vase with white Lilly's. What I got was orchids that looked like they were ready to die, in a clear and gold vase shoved into a blue peter style box wrapped in green tissue paper and filled with white shredded paper. I was absolutely mortified handing them over. I emailed the shop and after 3 days got no response. I then called the shop and the owner was rude and unwilling to accept the flowers were not up to par, not even close. Only kept going on about how she gave us 5 Lilly's rather than 3 as she had no open Lilly's. This point is absolutely irrelevant as what was collected was a disgrace and I don't see the point in taking my mobile number when placing an order if you do not contact me to inform me that you do not hold the correct stock to make it. If this Had been done I could have picked an alternative arrangement that I would have been happy with. When we suggested coming into the shop to discuss the matter further and bring the photographs that I had taken as I was told by the owner that she hadn't checked her emails since Tuesday and had never looked at my email, her reply was don't bother and hung up the phone. I Have used this florist on many occasions and always been delighted by thier work, hence the reason I had no qualms getting my mum to collect them. My mum had no idea what she collected was not even remotely close to what had been ordered so just accepted the flowers. I feel that had my complaint been dealt with reasonably rather than a rude owner not willing to accept any wrong doing then I may have continued to use the florist in the future and continued to recommend them as everyone can make mistakes, however now I would recommend no one ever uses this shop again as it appears to be hit or miss with what u get and if it is miss don't expect anything but rudeness from the owner. The price I paid for these flowers was £35, for what received was an absolute joke. I could have went to Asda bought 3 bouquets of flowers and a vase which would have looked better the the flowers bought from this shop.

I bought my wife and mother flowers for Valentine's Day. Okay being a little less creative when it comes to flower design myself, i just described in my mind what I wanted. It was like they plucked the thoughts from my imagination and created exactly what I wanted.
The flowers were beautiful (needless to say i took credit for the look myself haha). You will not be disappointed with the flowers from this shop.
10/10 for customer experience and the same for the quality of the flowers. I will be honest I know very little about flowers but both my wife and mother were delighted and happy.
I also had my flowers delivered. - BANG ON TIME AS WELL.

Blossom did the flowers for our wedding in September 2014 and they looked fantastic. I had a particular idea of what I wanted for the tables including a long garland style arrangement with hydrangeas for the top table and Maureen did an amazing job, they were beautiful and we got a lot of comments about how good the tables looked. They lasted well afterwards as well, my mum was delighted!
