   If I could have given them no stars I would have. Called regarding my fridge,and ice building up by the hole inside at the back. Candy engineer came out, stated it was just a hole blockage at the back of the fridge. Cleaned it out. And advised not to put items close to the wall. Called these charlatans back today as the ice build up is still happening. They tried to say it was being caused by something thats not covered in the policy( can't remember the exact terminology) even though the candy engineer never reported this. Steer clear. Fraudsters. Canceled my policy.

   Would give them 0 if possible but my fridge has broken but I assumed I was insured with this company but no, because I’ve not had the policy for 30 days I can’t claim.Ridiculous what’s the point of being insured from a certain date if you can’t claim from the date you’re insured just like car insurance. Idiot on the phone had no sympathy with the situation rude & dismissive no customer service training whatsoever.’Never again! avoid!! I have cancelled the whole policy now absolute scammers!!!

   If I could rate this company lesser than one star I would have done it. The worse appliance insurance I have ever dealt with. I think they are actually a shame, compared to genuine insurance companies like D&G appliances. If you ever want to insure your appliances stay away from Cover4less. They are not what they have advertised. I found them on the Internet about 6 months ago, I covered 5 appliances with them. Unfortunately my washing broke down so I called them to make a claim. First of all, their customer service representatives are not trained. They are very rude and have no experience in handling customers. Bunch of cowboys and have no idea of what they represent. Initially I was asked to pay the excess of £35 which was not a problem, however they further went on to demand I pay the remaining premium on the policy before they send out an engineer. That sounded a bit strange to me, however they insisted. At the end I have to cancel the policy. I contacted D& G appliances who I wasn't insured with. They agreed to repair my broken Washing machine very cheaper and insure it. Within 5 days they came to fix my washing machine. I am sounding this warning to anyone who is considering to insure your appliances with Cover4less to stay away. You will save yourself from being spoken to like you rather owe them. I think FCA should crack down on this scammers.

   Really pleased with this insurance company . My washing machine broke down on the Saturday they rang me back first thing Monday morning and by Tuesday an engineer had been out and fixed it . Couldn't ask for a better service ....friendly ..helpful and speedy service . Thankyou

   DON'T USE READ POLICY FIRST Do not use this company.. my fridge freezer stopped working, so i called them up.for putting in a claim and the remaining monthly instalments for the year upfront. so they want £156 for the future monthly payments upfront before sending out an engineer to have a look at it. I might as well add some money to that and get a brand new fridge freezer with 3 years warranty from somewhere else ...RIP OFF!!!!!

   Awful company , poor customer service and just pointless ,. The amount you have to pay upfront to have appliance replaced or repaired is rediculouse and may as well just pay for a new one your self , avoid at all cost !

   Great company.. Made a claim and they sent someone from hotpoint who sorted it with little fuss. Whenever I have called them they have answered phone without long delays. Friendly staff who do what they say they will and all round I am very happy with service. Buy with confidence.
