   Lodging a claim against an employer is a new experience for many, myself included. After much research (perhaps too much) and speaking to a good number of solicitors I selected Menzies Law.    The experience from start to finish was exceptional, my initial call with Liza to explain my concerns and issues that I had been having with work was dealt with in an empathetic manner and true professionalism, Liza left a lasting impression in what was a very difficult period with work. Luke Menzies - the owner dealt with my case from start to finish, Luke reassured me from our first meeting with a very thorough in depth and well handled Teams call, after my first meeting with Luke I knew in my gut that I had the rite person in my corner, Luke has a huge wealth of knowledge and his approach was outstanding, I can honestly say without Liza and Luke I don’t think I would be writing this review.    When you find your self in an unexpected situation; full of uncertainty, possibly career changing you require empathy, advice, sometimes the hard facts to be laid out for you; perhaps most importantly a team that listens even when you are not at your best. In Menzies Law, with Tamsin and team I had all of the above, wrapped in proactivity and superb levels of client care. Im not sure I could have had better support. Superb.....

   In this world I believe you get what you pay for. This is a prime example. I recently engaged Menzies Law (Tamsin) as I was ‘parting ways’ with my current employer. Tamsin was extremely professional, helped me navigate the employment law jungle and knew when to push back and when not to. This is why you engage professionals in my view. You can go it alone and hope for the best, you can engage a lower cost law firm and get an ok outcome or you can engage a law firm like Menzies and get the best outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Menzies law - I cannot detail the specifics of my engagement (naturally), but I can say that the investment, the support and the knowledge and the outcomes are in a different league... I have no regrets....

   Menzies Law responded very quickly to my initial call and from that point on provided balanced and valuable advice to help resolve an employment issue. They quickly took hold of the situation and managed the negotiation process while I was out of the country. When I returned the matter was effectively resolved. They sell themselves as providing experienced solicitors who understand situations quickly and deal with them effectively. My experience was exactly that and I will use them again if I need legal advice. Highly recommended and good value for money.
