   Geri at Flowers in Thyme provided bouquets and flowers for my recent wedding- and they were absolutely stunning. Geri had actually done the flowers for my sisters wedding 10 years ago - and I loved them so much I was keen to see if she would do mine too. From first contact working with Geri was great- she phoned me back and we were able to arrange a time for me to pop into see her at her shop. In the shop Geri showed me photos of previous work- but was also able to point out flowers she had in stock that would work for my colour scheme etc. I was keen to let her be creative, as she so clearly is! - but I was genuinely blown away by the bouquet that arrived on my wedding day. I can't express enough how she just totally "got" what I was looking for. So many people have commented on how the flowers matched my look (I have pink and blue hair) perfectly- and a guest (who is a prop designed by trade) was really impressed by the actual bouquet construction itself and how it all held together. If you are looking for the personal touch, for someone that really knows their art and their stock extemely well, if you are looking for something a little special and unique- then Geri is the person you want. On the day she was super sweet, even writing me a card. And she was the only vendor to follow up with me afterwards to ask how my day went and to wish me well in married life. I would highly highly recommend Flowers in Thyme and Geri.

   The bouquets are beautiful but the person who has delivered to my flat twice has been rude and neglectful. I have no idea these flowers are arriving as they have been gifts, so to ring the wrong flat twice and leave them in the hallway without a word twice has been disappointing. The lady who delivered them the first time was so rude to me and treated me like I didn’t matter all because she messed up and was probably embarrassed. Completely terrible customer service. You are supposed to feel special when you receive flowers, not invisible.
