   This small shop in the middle of Glasgow is really nice and simple. My first experience in there was to buy a tuning pedal they had for mega cheap back in November. I still use that pedal all the time to this day, it works like a charm! I recently also went in to sell an old dock I didn’t need, and boom, sold, simple as can be, no messing around, no unnecessary hassle, just sold. The staff there were really nice on the two occasions that I have mentioned just there, which is the icing on the cake! Nice wee shop in the middle of a crazy city.

   I took a handheld radio in 3 weeks ago I bought a charger online for £22 took it in and got £70 for it I done the same again same charger n same price for it took it in again and they gave me £20 not even wat I paid for the charger but they've got the same radio on sale for £130 its went completely downhill in the past 6 months wnt be going bk rip off mercharnts

   This store and customer service is an absolute disgrace ordered an item and arrived with not as in the description or in the picture. Called the store to rectify and spoke to the supposedly manager who was a complete waste of space with no customer experience and not willing to rectify the issue. You cannot sent an item to a customer that is different to the item described and picture. Instead the MANAGER was ABUSIVE toward us down the phone and hung up. Some store management and anger management training is needed!

   ***Sammy *** Ordered an item online paid for it etc Got an email in the morning to say unfortunately had been sold in store which was a huge panic as it was for my daughter’s birthday Until one of your staff sammy called me to say she would do her best to get my my item from another store as the store had no more in stock I can not thank SAMMY enough for all her help as I was extremely worried I would not get the item AMAZING customer service this girl went above and beyond thank you again SAMMY x

   Bought an Apple Watch for my 8 year old son, who has autism. They sold it to me still linked to an Apple ID so it was useless! They then advised I had to pay to send it back and then I could have a refund which will take days and my son has no watch so currently having meltdowns!!! I am so upset. DO NOT USE! My own cash generator, Salford, is AMAZING x

   Ordered a laptop with certain specs was sent something completely oppisite. When I asked for a retrun was given the run around for over a week! Took 2 weeks for a refund!

   I’ve had a really poor experience with this store. I purchase from Cash Generator stores a fair bit and generally receive really good customer service from all stores. I had purchased an item online which arrived with missing parts...they sent a replacement and upon its arrival, I checked the main item I had purchased and noticed it was damaged to the point it is faulty. I was offered a small refund...which I declined. It was after this point where I’ve just been left in limbo. I’m now having to chase a partial/full refund via PayPal and up to this date...the store haven’t interacted with PayPal. Thus dragging it all out. I will still buy from Cash Generator...just no longer this store.
