   We have had quite a lot of extras to our Symphony kitchen. Amy is incredibly efficient, knowledgable, helpful, friendly and professional. Everything you could possibly want in a business. Nothing is too much trouble and she always phones instead of messaging. Paul and Mitch brilliant too. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Best company I have dealt with for a long time.

   Went into the Yate store and picked and ordered a bed to be delivered. The lady was very helpful and not pushy at all. Received a call a week later with a delivery date a couple of days later. So so good that they remove your old bed (I didn’t have one so made their job a little easier) and put up your new one. Takes all the stress away at no extra cost! The delivery guys even noticed I had new carpet and asked if that was the case and if so they would remove their shoes. I was thinking this prior to their arrival and felt awkward about mentioning it and I didn’t even have to as they did first. Highly recommend

   Very impressed with the service provided by A j furniture. Compared to other bedroom furniture companies I had visited A j felt more homely in their approach. No hidden costs, like delivery, setup and removal all included and the delivery guys were excellent. A company I would definitely recommend.
