   I got married on the 24th of August and arranged prior for 2 customised gift flowers to be delivered along with the top table arrangements. The shop failed to deliver the customised flowers however delivered the top table arrangement. This was extremely disappointing as the flowers were customised to go with my speech that I had to rearrange on the day! When I questioned the shop the next day, I wasn’t even apologised too until I asked for one. I advised that the wedding coordinator had to quickly obtain a couple of bunches within a couple of hours so I was looking for a refund for the customised flowers and reimbursement for the additional bunches I needed to purchase. I have been refunded for the customised flowers however I was advised I would be called back to discuss reimbursement/compensation. I advised that I was going on honeymoon on the day I called and would be returning a week later. They did attempt to call whilst I was still on honeymoon but hung up as soon as they heard the international ringing. I have been trying to get in touch with them since but no one is answering the phone! ***Update**** I have received an apology and a goodwill gesture and explanation of what happened. This was delayed due to holidays etc

   We got married at the Three Kings on the 26th July and had our wedding flowers made by their recommended supplier Irene’s florist. We are so happy with how our flowers turned out and can’t thank you enough for the service provided. We had our initial meeting to discuss what we wanted and you took our vision and made it reality. Our flowers looked amazing and matched our colour scheme perfectly. Both our mums were over the moon with the amazing thank you bouquets which matched the bridal flowers and button holes. Thank you so much.

   Irene’s florist provided our wedding flowers in February this year. The flowers were all absolutely beautiful and lasted for weeks afterwards. Irene’s were so easy to work with from our first consultation to setting up our flowers the day before and day of the wedding. They did the flowers exactly as we wanted and they were perfect. Also great value for money, even though it was a wedding cost was very fair. Would highly recommend Irene’s for wedding flowers.
