Ordered a coffee table today, identical to a previous one we had bought in the Nailsworth shop, a few years ago. It arrived just over 30 mins after being ordered! Most unexpected! Delighted with the table and the service. Good quality table, easy to put together. Highly recommended.
Was recommended by a friend to visit this place, despite over an hours drive.Was initially really impressed and bought a chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. The man in the showroom helped load the car, having unpacked the tables as they would not fit in the car in their box. Imagine our dismay when we got home and unpacked the chest of drawers to find it had been damaged and marked.We rang back and although they agreed to replace the unit, no offer at all was made to contribute towards our return petrol. Very mute response when we returned the following week and a different chap, albeit helped load the car again, no apology whatsoever! Very disappointing as we thought we had found somewhere we could buy all our furniture from, especially as we have just bought a home together.
