Used this place before. Goods were damaged when delivered and they didn't do anything about it after many phone calls and promises.
My wife and I needed a new three piece suit and we were beginning to tire of searching for something suitable. I had forgotten about the Furniture Factory Outlets, near Saul canal junction, so we thought that we would give it a try. We were so surprised when we walked through the door. It is a much larger show room than I thought, and has a very good selection of furniture. The staff were very helpful and we wandered around the showrooms sampling everything. We selected a three piece suite and decided upon a covering from a pattern swatch, which was huge. We paid a deposit and were given a five to six week delivery date. Five weeks later, the new suite was delivered and our old one taken away, ( for a small fee), and we settled into our new suite - which is just perfect! Many thanks to all the staff who have made it that way.

This was my worst ever retail experience and not even worthy of the one star. They were unprofessional, rude and intimidating.

Never in my life have I had the unfortunate pleasure if meeting a more miserable human being. I would sooner sit on the old pallets in the yard than buy his frankly old fashioned over price tat.
Slightly overpriced. Didn't like the fact the father dissed women when my mother couldn't decide. Went to Saymour and got a better riser recliner at a lot cheaper price with an absolute Gent of a salesman.
