   Absolutely brilliant experience dealing with these guys, my kneeling chair had suffered wear and tear after five years of constant use and the team (Stephen who I called in the Bristol store and Mark in customer service), couldn't have been more helpful. My spare parts are on the way now so I can repair and continue using my favourite chair and not needlessly add something good, but worn out to a landfill site. Top marks guys!! Keep going!! :)

   We purchased a 3 seater recliner from Back In Action in 2020. The service we had at the time was brilliant, the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Ordering was simple and our sofa was delivered a bit earlier than expected. We recently had an issue with one of the recliner mechanisms and reached out to Back In Action to see if they could help us with the warranty. The moved very quickly to confirm the warranty would cover and connect us with a technician to do the repair. Throughout, the team at Back In Action have been incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. I will absolutely buy from them again in future.

   Wonderful! I had been experiencing very bad neck pain every night for many months. I went to the Bristol branch of Back in Action for advice. Very helpful - talked me through the various pillow options and how these related to the pain I was experiencing and my sleeping position. Helped me decide on the best for me - allowed me to try pillows to find which initially felt most promising. That was now three weeks ago and with my new pillow I have now had three wonderful weeks of sleeping each night with absolutely no pain in my neck. I do recommend this shop with such very helpful and knowledgable staff.

   The two Stressless chairs I have bought are wonderful products, and well worth the price for build and finish quality. The design is an utter classic that combines both form and function. The chairs provide support all over and the different sizes that are available enable selection to suit my height. The staff are brilliant, know their products thoroughly and give excellent advice. I plan to buy a Stressless sofa from them soon

   As a long standing customer of Back in Action in Bristol,having spent approx £5000 over the years I contacted them on 23rd July to arrange 4 new covers for our Varier Date Dining chairs. Apparently samples can no longer be sent out and website images are not very to decide on fabric so after much back and forth a visit was recommended even though it is 50 plus miles from our home. Having got there on Sat 14th August we were unable to see Stephen so our choice of fabric was conveyed to a colleague- having heard nothing by Tuesday17th I phoned got no reply so sent an email. I got my quote on 18th and as fitting can be a problem with older chairs it was suggested that I had the covers fitted by an upholsterer and after much difficulty Stephen suggested we contacted a firm who are 110 miles away from us and he thought that might be helpful!! It is obvious that back in Action in Bristol does not value existing customers. A partner in the firm has contacted me today following my review we have had a discussion and I believe that he is going to work to help find a solution and I wanted to place this additional positive comment on the record

   Varier Variable Balans Kneeling Chair - I contacted Back in Action about a kneeling chair at the end of Feb. I have disc problems which flair up from time to time - at the time of contacting them I was in a lot of back pain with horrendous sciatica and working in a desk job. They were really helpful and listened to what I needed and suggested options that might work for me. I decided on the kneeling chair which they were happy for me to buy with the option of returning if I didn't like it or it didn't suit. No way am I giving it back. It took a bit of getting used to but I was really happy with it straight away. It is by far the most comfortable chair I own. I sit really comfortably on it and am pain free when working a 38 hour per week desk job. I have been using it for two months - I wanted to write this review when I had really had time with it, for me it's game-changing!!!

   With the lockdown last year I started working from home 40 hours+ per week and needed a proper chair. I had previously tried a Humanscale Diffrient World chair from a different retailer which, while it looked lovely, I found really uncomfortable for long use. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable in the store, and they delivered the chair to my house the very next day. The chair is a Hag Sofi Mesh which is excellent and super adjustable - it allows you sit in a variety of positions and totally eliminated the back pain I was getting from sitting on an ordinary dining chair.
