Disappointing! We ordered a double bed frame, they misplaced the manual and other screws packet. I would not recommend them.
There was an issue with my order but it was resolved, not as quick as I would have liked but they did their best. I was satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.
Bought a Mattress from this company through Debenhams and they never bothered to send it. I even got a message the night before saying it was being delivered and got a 1hr time slot. I rang the courier and they said that the company never gave them the mattress and that this is happens often. Appalling. No wonder you have crap reviews.
I would highly recommend using another retailer. You will have nothing but issues with dealing with these lot.

Absolutely not worth time and money. Defective mattresses, rude customer service, unprofessional and unhelpful. Don't ever purchase anything from them. So called company director very rude, won't let me speak, doesn't care about customers and tried to charge me if he decided that the mattress I wanted to return is not Defective enough. Absolute joke!!!!! I would never recommend getting anything from them even if it was free!!! My daughter still suffers back pain since they refused to exchange my mattress and then made me wait 2 months for collection!!!
