It has been four months since my boat was lost due to a faulty mooring ball and I can’t get any answers from them.
Insured for two years with this company. I tried to make a claim and there are no adjusters still working with the company. They farm out the adjusting to Sedgwick who doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your money.
