   My 20 year old sofa looks brand new following its refurbishment by South West Upholstery. Following my partner's stroke 3 years ago the sofa has been abused!! Saggy, stained cushions and the seat coming away from the basement meant it was difficult to get up from the sofa. It is so comfortable and I love the fabric. It was collected on 22nd Nov and returned on Dec 10th by careful, experienced men. I'm really pleased I had it done, it was far less expensive than buying a new sofa of the same quality, and saved the sofa from landfill. It will outlive me!

   We recently used SW Upholstery to reinvigorate some of the cushions of our existing corner sofa. The "corner" area gets the most use and was beginning to sag and really lose its shape. SWU took the covers from the three affected cushions and refilled with new, firmer, filling. The sofa is back looking like new. Very pleased with the cost too, and the team were very friendly throughout the process.

   We had seat cushions and backrests made for a long kitchen bench seat. Getting samples was simple and quick. The workmanship was excellent with great attention to detail. The cost was reasonable in my view, and included a site visit to London to ensure measurements etc were correct. This was worth doing for peace of mind. All of the team members I dealt with were very pleasant. There were a handful of times where I had to chase for updates, but whenever I did I always received a helpful reply with 24 hours. I’m delighted with the final product.

From the invitation to visit the showroom to the delivery and installation the service was first-class. Their selection of fabrics is fantastic, the craftsmanship excellent and the prices very fair.    Absolutely first class experience from the moment I contacted the company to enquire about reupholstering 6 dining room chairs. I was offered a great selection of fabrics after I had indicated colour and texture I wanted. This was followed by great service in collecting my chairs - phone calls to confirm arrival time enabling me to pop back from work. A very friendly van driver! Equally prompt return of my chairs - I am thrilled with the results - quality of fabric is superb, fantastic workmanship and faithful attention to original detail.
