    I was referred to Ian by Rossiter’s Department Store in Bath. I wanted some arm covers for a new sofa. He worked like a bespoke tailor, cutting the material on site and pinning it together against the sofa to ensure a perfect fit. He then finished the covers at his workshop and brought them back in a few days for final fitting. We are thrilled with the results. I would recommend Ian to anyone wanting quality upholstery services.

    I made the mistake of not calling before visiting the shop, as i arrived i asked the owner if he could cover a bike seat only to be met with a quite blunt "not interested" reply! a simple sorry don't do vehicles would have been sufficient. If you haven't got the business he wants you're not going to get a polite experience unfortunately.
