    Absolutely brilliant experience, so much that we are planning our next tattoos for August!! From the moment we stepped in Kaizen it was warm and welcoming, from the lovely receptionist (so sorry I forgot the name) to our incredible, knowledgeable tattooist Emma. We felt so relaxed that we didn't notice several hours passing and our tattoos are absolutely beautiful. I can't stop staring at my peacock feather. Can't recommend highly enough. 6 stars

    Was booked in today and had confirmation and 2 separate text messages to say that I was booked in to show up to the shop today at 13:15 for my 13:30 appointment and shop door was locked and no one at reception, messaged them and phoned multiple times and no answer. Stood outside the shop for 40 minutes waiting until someone finally came upstairs to let us know that the person who we where booked in with wasn't well and was off, never did a receive any notice or anything to say this, as I self employed person myself this is not good for customers, given no heads up or anything, wasted money coming up to the shop for nothing.

    Got a recent double piercing. Drew done them & she was fantastic. I was made to feel comfortable & she spoke to me the whole way through the procedure. I got some aftercare advice & purchased the cleaning spray which is great. I Was advised any issues or worries to not hesitate to contact her/kaizen… I did also want a septum piercing which she couldn’t do due to my inner nose shaping. I appreciate that she was honest as opposed to doing a wonky piercing just for the sake of earning money…. Think this Says a lot about the business. I’m grateful for this: I’ve had no issues & everything has been healing properly. A great service by a great body piercer! Thanks Drew x

    Nikki, David and the whole team are amazing. The premises is immaculate, hygienic and friendly. I have had 7 piercings and 2 tattoos and from the first contact to over a year later the aftercare is exceptional. Every time I have been I am warmly welcomed and put at ease. Everything is clear, agreed and fully explained. All equipment is to the highest standard and your comfort is important. The piercing room is completely private and the tattoo studio has privacy screens that you can ask for. Most appointments are run on time but things happen and even if time runs over your appointment will not be rushed. All prices quoted are what you pay unless you make a change and all requests are accommodated where possible. If you ask for something that is different, the professional will talk this through with you to ensure you have all of the information you need before making a final decision. No question is silly. These guys are completely honest and are extremely proud of their work. I cannot recommend Kaizen enough. On a personal note, Nikki and David are the most down to earth couple and have supported me over the past year with my mental health. Even if I did not have an appointment I was always welcomed.

I sincerely enjoy every experience I have with the Kaizen team. I have nothing but love and trust for the team. Always my go to for piercing advice and jewelry. I will be booking my first tattoo with them once the store is open due to their gorgeous work.
