   I had my second lobe piercings done today by Sadaf. She was warm, patient and professional. All my do’s and don’ts were explained clearly, she made sure I was comfortable, and the piercings themselves were super quick and precise.    Got a handpoked tattoo with the lovely @axel_handfolk. Brilliant experience all round. Genuinely caring artist who came up with beautiful and meaningful designs based on their own work and some ideas/references I emailed over. Communication was always considerate, clear and consistent throughout the whole pre-appointment design process. During my session it was obvious that my comfort was the main priority, from stencil placement, to body positioning, to the gentle tattooing itself. My tattoo is in memory of a loved one and I couldn’t be happier with it. The studio is clean, welcoming and in a convenient location near the subway. Would highly recommend based on my experience today.

   I had my nose piercing done by Megan and it was a very lovely experience! She made sure that the piercing was placed perfectly as I wear glasses and talked through the process start to finish. She has also been so lovely in the healing process to ensure my piercing heals correctly and looks nice!! Couldn’t ask to be pierced by anyone lovelier - I have recommended her to my pals as it’s a calm and clear process compared to previous places I’ve been to :)

   Got a tattoo from sammi, lovely lady made me feel comfortable. Didn't feel rushed. Asked my opinion on placement etc. Made sure it looked right in it's position and gave me the coolest tattoo I could have asked for. Communication on point also on lead up to tattoo.

   I can only recommend this place :-) I had done my nose piercing and tattoo there recently, both were first in my life. I was welcomed in the place and explained the whole procedures for both things. People are amazing there, place is super clean and cool :-) ....and the customer service is on the top level.

   I got a couple of piercings done by Sofi today and could not be happier with how they turned out! She really took her time with everything and was so careful with everything. I felt really at ease the whole time – great chat and Sofi is super pleasant and knowledgeable! Super cool vibes in the shop too, would definitely recommend!

   Absolutely amazing piercing experience with Sofi at Hardlines! Sofi is incredibly dedicated to delivering the best service possible for her clients. She took her time lining up symmetrical piercings, and made it her top priority to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the placement. Not once did I feel rushed to settle for a placement I was unsure about. I cannot believe that Sofi is a junior piercer, she is absolutely incredible. Will definitely be returning to get more piercings from Sofi! The studio itself is well kempt, clean and very professional - 5/5 would recommend!

   I have never felt so immediately welcomed and comfortable in a tattoo shop before, all the staff were so friendly! I was so lucky to get tattooed by Skye Hobbs today, the final product came out so so much more incredible than what I initially planned for it. She was really great when it came to adding/changing colours etc as a generally very anxious person I always get worried asking to change things but she made me feel so relaxed. Will 100% be going back here for my next tattoos
