I never set up any Insuranse with this company and now I am receiving letter from CRS ( debit collector ) .. Tried many times to email and phone them however without success.. Will take this matter to court
I had online quotation and got amount they emiled me yearly amount and .per months amount ...installment but same day they sent me another email that they added £100 more with total amount. When I had quotation i gave all correct information more than 10 years I had no claim bonus. That's absolute unprofessional. I called them they said I had something happened in 2021 but what happened they can't tell me properly. I asked to email me what exactly you need but they are unable to email. Very doubt about that
Absolutely shocking service. After a car accident on a weekend, I logged my claim on the Monday morning. By wednesday afternoon I called again to get an update. Only to be told I wasn't on the system (even though I had emails to and from ). The person I spoke to apologised and informed me that they would get their manager to look into it. By Friday morning, I still had heard anything, so called again. Only to be told the same thing. Luckily who I spoke to on Friday, identified that my car reg hadn't been logged in the system properly. I then forwarded photos to get the claim moving forwards. The following Monday, I had to call again. As I hadn't been updated on anything. Then to be told it could take the engineers 3 to 5 days to give me a result. I'm still waiting on an answer.....
This company has taken over from More Than Car Insurance. I was given a quote and it lapsed by one day because my aunt unexpected passed away from cancer a few days earlier. When I came to sort out my quote (one day late), it was double the next day to nearly £1000. I have been driving for 25 years with no accidents in the last decade!!! The person on the phone had no compassion and said it would take up to 14 days to reply to my complaint. I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated and I will not be renewing my car insurance with them.
