   Darren and I met at BNI Bath Parade. We instantly connected as he is a people person. Darren does so much – workwear and PPE was what he talked about during his weekly presentations but when he did his feature presentation, he said ‘water coolers’. I was sold at workwear and needed to get that resolved once I had lost weight, but our water suppliers were terrible. Customer service from them was horrendous. It was an absolute no brainer after talking to Darren. Get rid of the old company and move over to a company who care about their customers and could provide a much better service. Darren even took the time to deliver our new water cooler himself and ever since our initial conversation, has ensured that the service we have received, has been excellent. I am Show Director for THE Genealogy Show in June 2021 – different hat – but any merchandise orders are totally going Darren’s way. BNI works and Darren is 100% recommended by us here at Family Wise.

   Very poor customer service. I was told delivery would be 3-5 days and two weeks later and still no product. The only contact or updates I have is when I call to query and no apologies or anything. No email confirmation of purchase or delivery. Very quick to take your money but not quick to deliver and keep you updated. Will not be recommending.
