We had a seamless experience ordering and receiving a height adjustable desk from Elm Workspace. The desk is stable and functions perfectly well. We are very satisfied with this purchase and the service received.
Have used Elm Workspace for many years. Their customer service and staff are excellent and their design help, especially the on site visits, is invaluable. They are helpful, communicative, and go above and beyond. Great products too. Highly recommend. Wouldn't use anyone else.
Elm Workspace were asked to design and install an agile working space for people to work either in groups, alone or just sit and collaborate over a cup of tea. They came up with a few suggestions and recommendations of how we could use the space and get the most out of it for the users. What we ended up with is absolutely brilliant! From initial discussion to confirmation of design, selection of furniture and materials, the team could not be more helpful. Installation went very smoothly and the occupants are very happy indeed – Thank you

Very bad service, lack off communication with the customer and a waste of time. Didn't show any manners at all and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Decent enough purchase experience but bit of a surprise when I got my phone bill. I bought a desk and filing draw modules from Elm. The person I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable and the delivery time OK. The only problem being when I got my phone bill and found that my calls to Elm had all been charged at 60p/minute which not only made the price of the purchase about £20 higher but left a bad after-taste. However.... having emailed Elm expressing my frustration at this seemingly underhand tactic to add revenue through a back-door, a senior member of their management team immediately contacted me and was genuinely concerned to hear of my experience. He not only refunded my phone charges in full (unprompted) but also asked if he could have details of the calls and the charges so that they could go back to their Telecom provider and figure out why this is happening. He seemed genuinely very concerned and sincere in saying that they pay quite a bit of money for their phone service and do not receive any revenue from calls made to that number. Hopefully they may now have resolved that issue. Phone charges aside, I was very pleased with my purchase experience, including free delivery and very reasonable pricing to setup the furniture at destination if desired (which I did) Overall, very pleased - and impressed with the follow-through.
