Ordered from them twice, the first time was for an outdoor sofa set and the delivery process was fine. No much luck on the second time when I ordered a desk (the Fjord desk) from them, I bought it in Oct 2023 thinking it will arrive in November (as indicated on the website for that particular item), but it didn't arrive until December. No communication or update from Cox & Cox about delivery, I had to email them to follow-up on several occasions to find out about delays etc. The item arrived, but a desk leg was missing. Emailed them asap about the missing leg, responded that they will get the missing part to me asap with no particular timeline. No response thereafter, chased them 3 more times and had to call them to follow-up. Unfortunately would not recommend.

Would not recommend!!! I tried for days to get hold of someone via the phone with no luck, the phone automatically hangs up after 5 minutes of being on hold. I wanted to return some items that were simply not up to the quality described however it seems Cox & Cox want to make it impossible for you to return items! They offer a return service with their courier at your own cost, that's fine however, that isn't currently working so you need to arrange your own courier collection on any large items that end up costing nearly as much as the items you're sending back once you have covered the value!! Wish I had read the reviews before shopping here.

I have been let down twice by this company. First time I waited 4 months for an item, paid for in full. Company went under and I had to get a refund from my bank. Second time I was twice told my delivery was out to be delivered. I then got a call saying the delivery men had dropped the parcel and damaged it. The second time I was told the supplier had run out of stock. Do not use this company as they are untrustworthy

I wished i read the reviews before buying from cox & cox. Absolutely appalling company. They do not reply to emails nor answer the phone. I am still awaiting a refund, had zero communication from them its been 3 weeks. I will apply for a charge back from the bank absolutely disgraceful! ### Avoid this company at all cost. ###

Utterly disgraceful company. Spent 3 days on continuous hold. Never reply to emails or answer the phone. Have literally stolen £1500 from me for something ordered mid-November with a delivery within 12 days promise. Was told that it was sent, but the courier lost it. Then was told that actually it wasn't sent as the Manufacturer forgot to send it, to now being told that it wasn't even ordered in and that the manufacturer is out of stock until End-Jan, Start-Feb. Can't even contact them to complain about it. Will never ever buy from again.

Do not buy from Cox and Cox! I bought a large light up 3 meter Christmas tree last year. Not cheap but I was very happy with it for the 3 weeks of December that it stood outside my house. After assembling the tree this year, it only worked for 3 days. My husband is an engineer and realised that the control box is faulty. Cox and Cox ( when they eventually answered my calls) refused to do anything! Their policy is that you have had the item longer than 6 months! I tried to reason with them that the item had only been used for 3 weeks, I obviously haven’t had a 3 meter tree illuminated outside my house for an entire year! They aren’t interested in the slightest. I asked for a replacement control box, but was refused. My 3 meter tree will now go to landfill! Well done Cox and Cox! Dreadful company.

I received one of their direct mail pieces for 35% only to find out from the time posted and the expiry date of the voucher it could not actually be used on sale items. So when going on the website and specifically looking at their Christmas range, which was advertised on the direct mailer, every item was on sale so therefore made the discount unusable. I contacted their team showing them the letter, accompanying T&Cs and the fact their website had a sale on during the time this direct mailer had been put out to us (and the wider public). The team thanked me for highlighting it and communicated they hoped we purchased something regardless and had taken advantage of their 10% code that was already advertised on the website. I requested that I'd like to have the 35% code that was sent to us actually honoured and as it is technically a misrepresentation from a marketing perspective that we have a new code generated for us to use for our desired purchase. I had a response but unfortunately I was met with a solid no, no further discount and I should sign-up to their newsletter for future promotions. Closing the service gap and honouring your marketing should be standard. It clearly is not a priority for this company, it's a shame as on the façade it looks quality but the quality soon disappears when there appears to be issues or challenges presented.

Don’t buy from Cox & Cox! Their pretty website and brochures are a facade to an awful company. They make it impossibly difficult to arrange delivery of your product. On receipt of the painful delivery, the product is damaged. Cox & Cox said they would arrange a new one to be delivered and the faulty product to be taken away but they never did. I then requested a refund, but have been told a refund will only be given on receipt of the product and they STILL have not arranged collection of the product. I’ve said to customer service I don’t mind if it’s not collected, I’ll put it in the fire, but they STILL have not provided a refund. This has been ongoing for 6 weeks for a console table. Do not use this company. They sap away precious time from your already busy life and steal your money.

DO NOT USE THEM. Their beautiful website and great press will certainly reel you in. However their delivery is absolutely terrible. The worst I have come across. They promise delivery, cancel, rebook, cancel and then you are on the hamster wheel of failed delivery dates and disappointment. Their customer services are polite but insincere. Although with such bad delivery they must have to say sorry at least 2000 times a day. I guess it gets hard to say it with feeling. No one calls you back and I really flipped when I was told I had misunderstood. Honestly don’t use them. Shut down the website, unsubscribe from the newsletter and throw away the catalogue. There are other companies out there that can provide the goods. The only positive I have is that the refund was quick.
