I contacted Oakleafe in December 2023 following an escape of water. I had no idea just how valuable Michael was going to be to us nor how long the claim would go on for. We finally concluded our claim in June 2025, some 18 months later. Michael was there every step of the way to guide us and deal with a most incompetent insurance company. In Michaels words ' this is a straightforward case that should have completed in a few months', but not in the eyes of the insurance company. After much toing and froing Michael finally achieved a suitable outcome to get us back in the position we should be, a fair settlement were his words. I cannot recommend Michael enough and Oakleafe. Fantastic service! Great peace of mind. Our insurance brokerage recently started dealing with Oakleafe, and within two weeks they have handled two very large and compliacted claims. Very quickly and efficiently. One particular case was a house fire. Within 90mins of reporting Stuart from Oakleafe was at the clients premises reporting the claim to our clients insurers and arranging alternate accomodation. If you are an insurance brokerage, you should get in touch with Oakleafe. If you are a private individual, you should ask your brokers why they don't deal with Oakleafe already!
Excellent service from Leion , he made everything clear and easy. Following a leak from upstairs flat, he got me a marvellous pay out from the insurance company who tried very hard to palm me off with a derisory amount, he never gave up until the full amount was paid out, I didn’t have to do a thing, he dealt so effectively with their suveyors and persisted . Excellent! Would happily recommend.
I discovered early on after lodging my claim for Fire damage that I wasn't receiving the service I expected from my insurance claim. My house was severely damaged following an electrical fire and the loss adjuster who came out was questioning me as if I was at fault and in some way responsible for the damage! My beautician recommended Dean from Oakleafe and after making contact he attended the same day and in a very short space of time he made me feel reassured. Dean was outstanding in his approach, extremely knowledgeable and charming. I was present at the meeting with both the forensic scientist and Loss adjuster and Dean tool command of the process and answered all their leading questions with confidence. The loss adjuster left with his tail between his legs after Dean reminded him of how he should be treating me with compassion. I would highly recommend Dean and Oakleafe for any claim you have to make. I really cannot praise them enough.
