Absolutely shocking and very concerning service. I ordered a chicken burger, instead received a red raw beef burger. Was deceived by the good reviews. Will never order from this place again
Roxie is one of those places you’re just grateful to have in your neighbourhood. The quality is consistently great, and as a burger lover, I can confidently say this spot never disappoints. My go-tos are the Parisian, the Earlsfield, and the chicken burger — each one is full of flavour, well-balanced, and always cooked just right. The cocktails are excellent, and the desserts are definitely worth saving room for. It’s the kind of place that works for a casual dinner, a date night, or just whenever you want something reliably good. One tip: I definitely recommend booking if you’re going on a Friday or Saturday, as it gets packed. Personally, I love going on Sundays, it’s a bit more relaxed and the perfect way to end the week. Highly recommend!
The personnel were exceptional; I visited this restaurant in the evening and found it to be quite inviting and tranquil. I ordered several appetizers, which could have been more substantial. I sampled my daughter's burger, which was juicy but could have been more flavorful, and the fries were slightly overcooked. Nevertheless, the delightful staff made the entire experience enjoyable.
They found a table for us even if we didn’t book on a Friday night! Friendly and professional service, good vibe although a bit too loud since the room was packed with people. Rump stake excellent, while the Picanha was quite chewy in my opinion. Overall, a nice experience and will definitely be back to try other cuts of meat.
Great service, a little slow but considering it was a Friday night it was still good. The food was amazing and the drinks were strong. Definitely recommend!!
Lovely atmosphere, it makes you feel cozy and cool at the same time. I ordered a burger and my date did too, however his was a bit raw in the middle. I would appreciate if next time they ask how we like the burger
Had high expectations for the steak after reading other reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy mine. However, everything else we tried was great and the service was beyond excellent.
