Being very honest, my steak was over cooked. HOWEVER, the attention and effort of the manager to rectify this was impeccable. This has not put my son and me off from going back. The slow cooked braised beef burger is excellent, chunky chips are spit on and the cocktails are proper. A decent place that deserves to be busy and successful.
Poor selection on the Premier Inn Meal Deal menu. Ordered a rump steak (£7 extra for a sirloin) annd a burger. Most other dishes had surcharges as well. Asked for a medium steak - was almost well done and black on the outside. Burger overcooked and dry. Starters were pretty nice - arancini and chicken wings. Service - one of us is dairy free, there was one vegan dessert on the meal deal menu and a fudge cake on the main menu (same price). They refused to allow us to have a fudge cake ‘as there’s no button on the till.’ Mediocre at best.
Amazing place with great staff and service! We showed up as a group of 20+ people and they handled it perfectly. The food was absolutely amazing, and everything ran super smoothly despite the size of our group. Highly recommended!
Our waitress Helena was absolutely fabulous! Got the tapas plates and each dish was lovely - with the 2-1 cocktails, it was a very enjoyable evening

A very casual place for dinner. It’s very big inside and looks relatively nice. The short rib was delicious, perfectly cooked and smoked, absolutely fell apart on the bone. The chips were alright, it said beef dripping chips and triple cooked but they were quite soggy for triple cooked and it tasted like they were friend in vegetable oil as well as beef dripping. Would come back for the short rib.
Absolutely fantastic service from Rimaz! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in, and seated straight away. The food was absolutely delicious… we both had steaks cooked to our liking, and the mac and cheese is highly recommended. Overall a really great experience made all the better by such lovely staff.
I only came here because of the Manger Kelly I like how she runs things I was going to Beefeater in Uxbridge and I'm coming here because of here. The dinosaur ribs it was amazing and full of flavours and just fell of the bone and it just melts in your mouth like butter I have not and ribs like this in a long time and the roast potatoes was cooked perfectly and my sirloin Steak was cooked perfectly just the way I asked for medium rare thank you so much and the beer battered fish was outstanding keep up the amazing work Kelly and the starter was amazing we all injoy it so much the staff here are very friendly and they have a laugh with you as well they asked if we had any food allergies and gave her a book to have a look at it coming back here when Kerry is working she is amazing and outstanding
The interior is nice, just what a steakhouse should look like. The staff were good and greeted us well on arrival. Unfortunately the food wasn't the best and service was slow from the kitchen. Was my first time dining there. Burger was dry and lacked any flavour. Would probably give it another go in a few months or something.
4.5 is the marks. I don’t think they serve the best steak of the kind but acceptable one with this price range. Popcorn is free serving. Very good service with staff going around to see what customers needed. I like the desert, very lovely and not common, which add 0.5 marks for that.
