   Lovely experience from the get go. Janice served us and was so helpful with her recommendations (they were delicious) and made our evening so much more enjoyable with her friendly and helpful demeanour. Food was lovely and hot.    I’ve been twice now and I’ve had the best service ever. First visit we had Danny! Absolutely fantastic and my son loved him to pieces. Tonight we went again for my son’s 6th birthday (at his request). They were absolutely brilliant and did him proud. A birthday backdrop and loads of balloons, extra special service, lots of extras, and made my son Hunter feel like a king. He got to see Danny again and our waitress Erin was absolutely amazing too. Both times he’s rung the bell for the chefs. We will definately be going back! I will be recommending this place to everyone and we can’t wait to return.

   We had a genuinely brilliant afternoon here. The steak was incredible, the wine was lovely, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and well looked after. I have to say, Lisa really made the afternoon, she was warm, polite, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling intrusive. Proper, thoughtful service. The only real let-down was the wine glasses. They came out with water stains all over them, which was a bit surprising. When you’re paying £60 for a bottle, you expect clean, polished glasses as a minimum. Little details like that really matter and would have made the experience feel perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic time. just a small improvement needed to make it truly exceptional. CLEAN YOUR GLASSWARE !!!!

   Absolutely great experience again today! Never disappoints. Nicky the manager runs a tight ship, Chelsea our steak expert was great as usual, food was brilliant! Special mention to our usual waitress - the blonde mature lady! She is a my fave! Food was brilliant as always! Loving the new menu too!

   Finding steak houses can be difficult most of the time we're faced with a rubbery steak and a hefty bill. Well Millen & Carter despite being a chain it did not disappoint. I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a party of 4 we ordered 16oz ribeye which was cooked to expectation, the triple cooked chips was on point and the lettuce wedge and crispy onion was a surprise in a good way. Millen & Carter offers a good selection of cuts and additional add on from lobster tail to prawns. The menu boasts a wide variety to tailor for non steak fans from chicken , fish to vegetarian option. The staff was great very attentive and smiley besides the slightly long wait for my food I throughly enjoyed the steak abd definitely will return.

   My father-in-law had never had a proper steak dinner in a restaurant, so we booked this place for the six of us (four adults, two children) as we all had something to celebrate. We didn't all get our first choice from the menu, but we're happy with what we had chosen. The food also took longer to arrive than we were told it would, but the place was very busy, especially for a Wednesday. Maybe it was still too close to Valentines Day. But when the food arrived, we soon forgot how long we had waited. The quality was exceptional, excellent cuts of meat prepared in just the way we had asked for. We had a variety of mains, and not one of us had any cause to complain. We followed this up with trying out five of the desserts on offer, with the same result. This is good food, prepared beautifully, and we will certainly be returning at some point. On a final note, we were served by Janice, an outstanding professional and one of a dying breed who clearly take pride in what they are doing and the establishment they represent. Please pass our gratitude to her for her excellent service.

   We went to Miller & Carter for Valentine and had a lovely meal. The food was fresh and the meat juicy and tender, service was lovely and impeccable (we have been served by Lisa) and the price was more than fair, very good value for money. We will definitely go back and suggest to friends.

   Really nice steak house on the outskirts of Worcester Park. Food was excellent and the waitress was really helpful when we had questions about the menu. Only negative we had was the kitchen was slow getting orders out compared to other places I've been to but this may be an isolated case as it's it was my first time here and a Friday night so fairly busy.
