We’re proud to have recently installed two 75” UHB commercial-grade digital screens at temper Steakhouse’s Covent Garden location. Thank you for your continued business .

Used the City venue a lot and has been great. This was a comedy of errors from start to finish, including having to wait 30 minutes for first drinks (they forgot to put them through), through to the wrong food coming out, sauces missing and (see picture of blood on plate) steak arriving that clearly had not been rested properly - very disappointing for a restaurant that specialises in steak. Would go back to City venue but avoid Covent Garden based on this visit.

Good atmosphere with friendly and attentive wait staff who knew the menu well. The open kitchen aesthetic is always a treat. The food is very tasty, perhaps a tad on the expensive side but the quality and flavour is all there. I would definitely return and recommend it to all meat lovers. The bone marrow was particularly good

Nice modern decor, great service though a bit slow, this is compensated by the delicious food. Temper fries - peppery, sauce compliments well together and just enough but not too saucy or dry. Perfect texture - crispy on the outside and soft inside. Steak - medium rare picanha - meat is tender and oozing with rich beefy flavour, the fat cap on the edge is not very crispy but the soft fat certainly adds to the richness and gives a contrasting texture. Overall the bill was on the pricier side as sauces and sides comes at an extra cost. Nonetheless still a lovely dinner.

We had a wonderful time at temper. The food was great but the service was even better. Lorenzo provided a top notch experience from the moment he greeted us at the door. He was very personable and took the time to go through the menu and explain everything in detail. My wife and I shared some small plates and a delicious fillet. The aged beef nachos, prawn tacos and the pear old fashioned were highlights for us. We'll definitely stop back in next time we're in town!

Cheeseburger burger nachos were PHENOMENAL! We went for a long work lunch and ate huge amounts, the rib eye was cooked beautifully, and the tapas-style food had a range of flavours all superb. cocktails were interesting but overall the food was incredible. Super cool atmosphere in there, and the layout in really interesting!

Amazing restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere for those who want a lively evening. The crispy pork bites combined with the beef brisket was a treat to behold. Our host Calvin was brilliant as he meticulously and efficiently handled our order and tended to all our needs. Thank you Calvin and thank you Temper for an amazing dining experience!

The rib steak we had was exquisite. Yum yum. Beef fat potatoes with olgeshield cheese was very good. The tacos were very disappointing. I thought they were going to be good but were dry and not great. Definitely wouldn't order this again. The Manager who served us, he was kind and accommodating. Other servers were a bit slow and clueless. Nice atmosphere and venue. Wine we had was quite nice too.

Brilliant atmosphere, great service, underwhelming food. We arrived and were immediately greeted and taken to our table. The waiter was excellent and looked after us throughout the nigh and explained the menu very thoroughly to us. I loved the fact we were seated at a bar top overlooking the chefs working, I thought that was a real plus. We ordered a range of small plates. The aged beef nachos were very good, the spicy beef chilli with gooey cheese really made it and had a good depth of flavour. The beef brisket was very disappointing though, it lacked flavour and seasoning. The lamb was better and had a nice range of fresh herbs used in the dish, but did lack that wow factor. The tacos had a similar textured meat to all of the other dishes and had a nice flavoured coleslaw, although the coleslaw and meat were too watery and this meant the taco was soggy underneath and broke when I picked it up. The chips on the other hand were the best chips I've ever had. Crispy on the outside and extremely soft and fluffy on the inside. Furthermore, every dish was garnished with chilli's and some spring onion, which meant they all had similar heat levels and looked very similar. I thought they could have used more of a variety of garnishes. Overall, it was a brilliant atmosphere and excellent service. However, the food was very mixed, great nachos and excellent chips. But, the other dishes were disappointing and given the price, I expected more originality and better quality food.
